What is your policy of Return?

We understand that you may occasionally wish to return your purchases. We'll be happy to help you with the process.

We do not accept:
- Products damaged by misuse or showing signs of wear.
- Products that have been used, altered, assembled or installed, unless they are defective.

Please return your products in their original packaging, within 14 days of delivery. Double-check that you've included the original invoice, all the accessories, promotional gifts and warranty cards that came with your order.

1. Visit our nearest store

Wrap your products in their original packaging and bring them over with your invoice to any Saving Home store.

2. Hand over your return 

An authorized staff member will take your package and assist you.

3. Time Period

What if I miss a delivery?

If you are not at home, our delivery partner will call you and request you to reschedule your delivery. Simply call our Customer Support team on +97150 9644286 and we’ll schedule another delivery date and time that suits you better.

Can I pick up my order from your Store?

Yes, you can pick up your order from our store if you wish. Simply call us +971 56 649 3842 and inform us that you wish to pick up in store and we will hold it for you with us.
